Getting Started….to Getting Finished
We will take your ideas and design your home to your specifications and desires.  As the design is completed we develop specifications and a detailed contract on the project for you and your financial institution. While your financing is being approved, we are finalizing details for starting construction and getting your permits ready for the local municipality. Construction will normally begin within several weeks of your settlement with your financial institution.  As construction progresses we will keep you updated on the progress along with assisting you with appointments to select your Allowance Items (i.e. Cabinetry, Flooring, Lighting, Plumbing Fixtures, etc.) Throughout construction, we will pay particular attention to all the finishing touches. At the end we want the transition into your new home to be a happy occasion. |
